Account Deletion Policy
Deletion requests remove or de-identify your account data after we confirm ownership.
How to Request Deletion
- Email support@ainelle.app.
- Use the subject line “Delete my Ainelle account.”
- Send the request from the email address connected to your Ainelle account.
What Will Be Deleted
Deletion is intended to remove or de-identify your account, notes, generated advice, app profile data, and public share records associated with your account, except where limited retention is required for legal, payment, security, abuse-prevention, or backup purposes.
Timing
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm ownership of the account before deleting data.
Subscriptions
If you subscribed through Apple, cancel the subscription in your Apple account. Account deletion does not automatically cancel billing managed by Apple.
