What Ainelle Does
Ainelle is an AI clarity and advice app. You write a note, and Ainelle turns it into three short outputs: current focus, advice, and next step.
Information We Collect
- Account information, such as your email address and authentication status.
- User content, including notes you create, AI advice generated from those notes, and optional share snapshots or links you create.
- Subscription and entitlement information used to manage paid access.
- Basic technical information needed to operate, secure, debug, and support the service.
How We Use Information
- To create and secure your account.
- To generate AI clarity and advice from your notes.
- To save, sync, and display your notes and generated outputs.
- To create public share pages only when you choose to share.
- To manage subscriptions, support requests, abuse prevention, and service reliability.
AI Processing
When you ask Ainelle for advice, the note content needed for that request may be sent to an AI service provider to generate the response. Do not enter information you do not want processed for this purpose.
Sharing
If you create a share link, the shared snapshot can be viewed by anyone who has that link. Do not share notes that contain private or sensitive information unless you are comfortable with that access.
Service Providers
Ainelle may use providers for authentication, database hosting, AI processing, payments, app distribution, and web hosting. These providers process information only as needed to operate Ainelle.
Data Retention and Deletion
We keep account and note data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request account deletion at support@ainelle.app. We will delete or de-identify account data unless retention is required for security, legal, payment, or backup reasons.
Children
Ainelle is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can remove it.
